Hi guys,

I'm currently cutting down some fat and planning to buy some cuts pretty soon. If I'm aiming to lose 1.5lbs a week and find when I start using cuts that this becomes 2.5lbs for example, should I up my calories a bit?

1-2 lbs a week is good man, I wouldnt increase cals during your cut unless your losing a significant amount more than that.

Whats the diet looking like now?

My diet is:
1) 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 75g oats, half cup mixed berries
2) 8 oz chicken, 150g sweet potato, veggies
3) Same as meal 2
4) 8 oz lean beef, 75g brown rice (dry weight)
5) Pwo shake: 55g protein, 60g dextrose, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine
6) 8 oz tuna, 75g brown rice
7) 100g cottage cheese.

I'm 205 lbs and around 15% bodyfat. (9% is the aim)

What fo you think mate?
