Or do you use momentum by bouncing the bar? (most of us do this)

So how do you guys do it? And why do you do it your way?

In the gym I can't bounce let the bar hit the floor or the people on the ground floor will complain to the gym's owner and the keeper lol. But I do bounce the bar sometimes. I do it kindda mixed some reps bounce some like the 1st vid.

The baby doing 200kg deadlift is just AWESOME

One thing I wanted to ask about deads:

How do YOU = (Carrnage, guess why I did this? ;)) deadlift. I mean I've seen it on many many vids some people will deadlift with their legs in a close stance and will grip the bar a bit wider, (that's how I do it).
Some will do a close stance and grip the bar wide.
Some will have a close stance and grip the bar right along their leg side

Basically i deadlift like the Roelly in the 1st video i posted, except i go all the way down to slightly touch the floor them bring it back up with any bouncing.

What about feet n hand placing???

The way I dead lift is out of a power rack/squat rack - I don't pull it from the floor directly because I feel my back is in a sensitive position.

So I pick the weight up, walk out and do a regular dead lift and just tap the floor and come up - You hear the sound of the weight hitting the floor but it's not a bounce. Than I walk the weight back in a rack it.

What ever is comftable. Typically everything is shoulder width.

I do shoulder width, 45 degree angle w/ my toes pointed out, alternating grip w/ my right hand palm facing out, butt up, chest out and pull.

I use a simple shoulder wide stance. Feet a lil bit pointed out.

Today for my back exercise I did 3 sets of dead lift, I used very light weight to make sure my form is right so I'm not gonna snap some shit up. I think the most important part of deadlift is the squeeze at the top I hold it at least for 2 or 3 seconds. I can go 3 plates each side but I'm sure after a month because of my lower back problem I have to kiss bodybuilding goodbye.

Man I love the rush of blood in your veins when you do deadlift the pressure at the top when you straighten your back just love it, I wish I didn't have a lower back problem so I could lift more. Best back exercise for mass ever.

This is my log btw (Back n Biceps):
Deadlift: 80kg x 10 reps, 82.5kg x 7 reps, 82.5kg x 6 reps
T-Bar Row: 40kg x 11 reps, 40kg x 8 reps, 40kg x 8 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 22kg x 16 reps, 20kg x 12 reps, 20kg x 12 reps

what happened to ur forearm?

Oh I do high reps for forearms that's why I didn't include it, I go for 20 to 40 reps, reverse-grips barbell curl.

I dead by racking the weight from a squat rack, and only bringing the bar down to mid shin before driving itt back up. I also only ever dead as the finishing move for my back routines.
