Did a fake powerlifting meet for myself yesterday. I plan on doing a real meet in March next year. Even wore my new singlet to see how that feels. I didn't have my buddy give me any rack commands, just the press command for bench press. The only lift I didn't get was my third bench press attempt, 355 lbs. I did do 350 without a pause the week before. My best lifts were: squat- 405 (sucks, gotta work on it), bench press- 335(slowly going up), deadlift- 545(new PR). I weighed 208 lbs the morning before.

405 squat: http://youtu.be/20Td1gWzu_4 I take forever to get set, longer than usual.

545 deadlift: http://youtu.be/t9YWD3bFmsY

Big Wides

Nice vids, one thing I would suggest on the squat would be to bring your grip in closer on the bar which will force your back to tighetn up giving the bar a nice shelf to rest on. Also it will keep your back aligned for a big squat

Thanks for the tip. I've been experimenting with different hand and bar positions. I've tried having the bar a lot lower. It felt alright for my warm-ups, but when I went heavy, it hurt like hell and was too distracting. Been working out for 10 years and it's still a learning process.
