It's funny how all of these things are dubbed as 'Revolutionary'. The Shake Weight, Free Flexor, shit, even the BowFlex are all bullshit. Professional fitness models are hired out to make it seem like you can get a physique competitor's build by using the shake weight. Randy Couture has his own 'home gym' system, but you know for damn sure he ain't fuckin' with that shit when he's looking to train. Same as Chuck Norris. You think he's the baddest man on the planet b/c he uses the Total Gym?? Hey, kudos to them. They're racking in the cash flow because people believe its possible. Its our job to educate these people and make them realize that there's no pot of gold at the end of those rainbows. Hard work and dedication. Plain and simple.
