I ice my shoulders and arms every night. I really believe that is why I am able to lift heavy as often as I do. If you do not, then try it. Your body will really heal up much faster. Actually, ice any body part where you are sore. I watch tv everynight and everynight I ice for about 15 to 20 minutes. Don't go over 20 minutes any body part.
