And it's so true. Have you seen Trent Richardson? They actually have to limit what he does in the weight room; 365 power clean, 650 squat, 475 bench, and he can do those easy. They won't let him go heavier.

That was great. Imagine the intensity in that weight room daily.
Can't imagining having a bad workout with that kinda intensity.
