INGREDIENTS:
6 scoops of protein powder or 2 packets of a meal replacement

2-3 tbsp of cream, chunky or natural peanut butter (optional)

*Can also add some honey to make them moister and sweeter. Agave would be the best for dieters since it is low glycemic, or perhaps some stevia.

DIRECTIONS:
Mix contents with a cup of water and heat in a small pot set on low. Stir and keep adding more water until it has an even and thick consistency. Then, pour the batter out evenly onto a baking sheet.Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes at 325 degrees. Be careful not to overcook.
