am about to start my mass building routine and am thinking about trying this but it doesnt seem to have enough exercises.But I am only new to SERIOUS training

So has any one used it did it work well for you,how much weight did you put on did your strength go up much ?

5sets of 5 reps working weight

DAY 1 – PULL

Deadlifts
rows
curls

DAY 2 – PUSH

Bench Press
Shoulder Presses
Close Grip Bench Press

DAY 3 – LEGS
Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Calf Raises (3x12) - only if a seriously lagging bodypart
Weighted Crunches or Weighted Hanging Leg Raises (3x12)
