simple, clean bulking food. its rather cheap as well.

butter flavor pam/real butter if not watching fat intake
2 eggs
tablespoon milk (i used skim)
2 english muffins (sour dough is my preference)
2 slices american cheese
4 slices ham

beat the two eggs together with the tablespoon of milk in a bowl. open up the english muffins, and place a slice of cheese on two of the "top" pieces, and 2 slices of ham on the "bottom" pieces. place the muffins with cheese and ham on them into a toaster oven or oven @ 300 degrees for about 3 minutes. warm up your pan on the stove and make your scrambled eggs to your preference. since they have a touch of milk in them, they stay rather fluffy. after about 3-4 minutes, the cheese should have melted onto the muffin, along with the ham should have contoured to it. take them out, place eggs in between muffins, and your golden.

for the 2 McMuffins, should be around 600 calories, 41g of protein, and 60 carbs.
