Fellas,
I need some advice. I injured my shoulder cuff pretty badly a couple weeks ago doing some flat barbell benching. I don't really think I tore anything but I have gave it some rest an tried to come back for the last two Monday nights thinking it was good and tried to do chest and its the same old pain. I have been taking some ibuprofen and have been icing it. Any suggestions?
