Today was my legs day too. For the 1st time I did leg press with heavy weights, kept on adding weights till about 310KG or a lil less I guess. and did it for more than 15 reps on each set. and then to squats, deep squats (max I did was 70kg for 12 reps.) Today I did 65kg for 8 reps, 70kg for 10 reps. 80kg for 8+7 reps)

But the funny thing is that I didn't fell that much on my quads right after the exercise, but It was really difficult to get up... and I know tomorrow I will hardly climb the university stairs...

I think today was a day of Magic ;). JK. To be honest I think I had a better (pre workout meal) after a longggg time that's y my body was able to puch through...

You will never know until you load the bar. If your form is good, then go for it. It helps to have a good training partner or 3.

Forgot, GREAT JOB!! Go heavy, but lift smart. Just listen to your body.

1)how high was the box? was it higher than last time?

2)anything different to your supplement program?
