Why would you want something that worked for someone else?
Want to build muscle fast?
On Monday do this
Deadlifts 3 sets of 10
Bench Press 3 sets of 10
Barbell Rows 2 sets of 10
Underhand Chins 2 sets of 10
Then on Thursday do this
Barbell Squats 3 sets of 10
Military Press 2 sets of 10
DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts 2 sets of 10
Triggers a huge anabolic release
Ensures you are well rested, so your nervous system is able to let you to recover from your workouts

building strength, the wendler program is pretty legit... I just got back into the gym with this, and I have never been as stoked as now about lifting. Setting PR's is awesome.

Cook well and eat big... That's also a workout I guess... Stick to compound movements... Basics... use Isolations to warm up and pump up or also as finishers...

Theres no such thing as finishers! I hate it when people consider isolation exercises as "finishers".
Isolation exercises are a exercise to "isolate" the muscle to make the muscle grow! Period!
They can be used in the beggining/middle/end of your workout!

Doing an isolation exercise with high intensity at the end of your workout, to get a nice pump and blood flowing is what I call a finisher...

This is a total contradiction! You first tell him not to do something that worked for someone else, then you give him a workout that you recommend will work. Not cool!
As I do believe in time you will need to find something that works for you, you will need to start off with something that has already proven itself works for the masses. I believe you CAN use someone elses mass routine.

This is a great split. Seems to work for alot of people. There are a few things in here I personnally don't like. Behind the neck pulldowns being one of them. Try these out for yourself, but these could cause some neck issues. Just remember if something hurts, stop doing them. On the Tuesday Back day, I would throw in some rear delt and side delt work.
Hope this helps.
And throw some stats on here. Your diet, age, how many years lifting etc... That would make alot of difference. Your diet must be in check first for any routine, to be a mass routine. Not much differance in routines, just how you eat.

Dude are you fucking kidding me? lol
That wasnt the point.
The point was focusing on deadlifts, squats, presses. That works for EVERYONE. Period.
Common, think before you post brooo!!!!!!
Think before I post? Pot! You should have posted it differently then instead of saying it the way you did. I agree with you that the basics work for everyone, or we wouldn't have nationl bench day monday's. LOL!

"Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to lift heavy weights"
Right on the money Tiny...
But I think going heavy is not the only thing... One should also focus on a perfect form... Perfect lifting style, Awesome mind to muscle connection and he should do the weights heavy for HIM not just heavy weights... He should try lifting heay weights but the weight should not be heavier then he can lift or get himself injured...
And a heavy diet is a MUST for mass building!
