Sorry, but is this all raw work? What are your goals? I think too many singles and 3 boards might be too much. Go down to a 2 board and do more reps, Again, let me know you goal.

I believe they're helpful in terms of powerlifting, where a big bench is a must. In bodybuilding terms, I don't see them serving any purpose.

They are very influential in helping build a big bench, but like stated they are more for PL's. BB world it is all about hypertrophy. The boards will help build power through a sticking point.

PRs are always nice. Congrats.

Agree 100 percent

I just dont think a 3 board is literally doing anything but destorying your elbows.

1 board at the most.

Board work is good, but you still have to work on full range. When using boards a lifter should really work with much more than they usually train with.
