If you want to specifically target Teres MINOR it is hit well with external rotations (See link)

And do them with a cable machine but standing up like this

For Teres MAJOR do regular back movements, specifically wide grip lat pull downs - Teres MAJOR has the same function as LATS so any other back movement with involve it.

I feel doing bent over rows/rows put pulling high up to your chest with your elbows flared out with hit Minor well too, but if you want to isolate it the external rotations are the best.

Hope that helps Tiny.

I've always liked doing pull-ups.

Teres Minor is a rotator, Major isn't - But they will both be hit during rows and pullup/pulldowns - I just thought you might of wanted more specific so i posted the external rotations.

I have my rotator exercises down pretty good. I am looking for something else. Actually, I believe my issue is now more of a pinch nerve. I have been getting deep tissue and chiro. work. My massage therapist started working on some other areas and I am starting to feel better. I had the same issue before on my other shoulder, but this one has been much more of a pain. I am starting to think that my set-up is causing some of the issue. I am also going to back off some of my back work. Once the issue is fixed, my numbers are going to fly up. Still, thank you for the support and help.
