Thats great. Those videos inspired a lot of things that I have worked into my training, mainly the importance of the negative, all the time and not just for HRT.
It's only the beginning. I'm proud to be a part of Universal/Animal and to be able to work with Brandon, John and the production crew at bb.com. Also, Wycked was a great athlete to work with on set. Dude can take a lot of punishment.

Had a blast. Long nights filming were worth it though. Rage is a stand up dude and a good friend
HRT was some of the most grueling training I have experienced, if I had someone at my gym who actually took training serious I would pair up with them and do it again. Great to see it finally getting some recognition.
