Hey guys. I'm Josh Turney and have been powerlifting for a little over 3 years now. Currently, I'm training primarily at Local's Gym with Justin Randal and the crew up there. I've been competing in multiply gear as a 275 for about a year and a half but have decided to cut down to stay just over 242 so I can compete at a lighter weight class in my coming meets. My next meet will probably be a local UPA meet in February where I'm looking to put it together and hit some big PRs.

Best lifts at this point are:
squat - 705
bench - 534
deadlift - 600
total - 1827

Justin has been trying to get me on here for a while so figure I'll start posting my log here and hopefully get some tips and learn from you guys!

DId some Shoulders and Arms instead of DE Upper this week. Focusing on this a little more to add size where needed. Find I get better results with this then doing DE Upper always. Switch back soon when gearing more towards a meet and shirting more probably.

Thanks Mr Seath! Thinking I may actually put off a meet until April or May. Have some improvements I want to make and really get some quality training in. Hoping to total around 2000, add about 50lb to each lift from the October meet.
