View Full Version : Macro Alteration/Manipulation On Day of Cheat Meals

Hi guys,
I'm currently dieting down and having one cheat meal a week on a saturday - the last meal of the day. Is there a way I could manipulate my macros for the day to make this cheat more effective in terms of the release of leptin etc.

My macros (not including cheat meal) on saturday are:
Protein: 280g
Carbs: 150g
Fat: 70g

I was considering drastically reducing my fat to something around 30g, and reducing carbs to 100g, anyway guys, what do you think?

It wouldn't really make a difference unless you were refeeding the whole day. If you were, for example, consuming more carbs for all your meals, you could consume less protein because carbs are protein-sparing.
