im in my second week of cutting and ive been following a modified version of animalpaks pre-contest diet#2. at the end of december i was weighing 210 and today after legs i weighed 199.4. im doing cardio 4-5 days a week for 30mins before my first meal, next week im gonna do two 30min sessions a day. my partner and my self are gonna take some pic tomorrow and at the end of each week to see the progress and to see what i need to work harder. today is my third day without carbs so tomorrow will be a treat just to eat some. well i gotta go get another meal in (chicken and green) later. you can also check me out at bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/mooseusaf/, i got a couple older pics on there. later.

im taken in between 250-300g's of protein and im carb cycling so ive been taken in around 200-250g's then i go three days no carbs. my only concearn is im not taken in enough fats on my low carb days. im eatin one yolk to every six eggs and and i do that twice a day. im also taken fish oils. advice anyone??? ive only been able to hit cardio twice a day twice and once before legs. so i know i need to pick it up but it seems like im not gettin enough rest or im just bein a big pussy. i'll take some more picks saturday or sunday. my first week i was cuttin, my workouts were beatin my ass but last week and this week ive been able to get a great pump and really push myself. it helps that myself and my partner are on the same page. anyways, hit me up with some feedback. later..........

man today my chest was so tore up from yesterday, it feels great. today i did some cardio in the am, 9ish. hit the back around one, between all the drop sets, supersets and abbs, i was in the fuckin zone today. i'll hit some more cardio later to seal the deal. later..........

another week done. did some mornin cardio and then hit some arms around 1. there was only one word that could explain how today was, intense. i droped 3 pounds this week so thats good. abbs are comin in slowly and the waist is shrinkin. im pickin up the cardio so we'll see how next weeks pics turn out. i'll be restin tomorrow and then right back at it. later......

killed the legs this mornin, i got a really good pump in the quads. also did some abbs. overall i felt like i had a pretty solid workout. todays chest day.

i got a huge pump today while doin chest. i had a little extra energy than las chest workout because it was a carb day the day before. im feelin leaner too. ready to bust some back in the morning. later..............

yesterday was back and ab day and i hit some arms this mornin. my damn ipod died and it felt like everybody in the damn gym tried to talk to me. my weight was at 194 and abs and legs are pleasing me the way there coming in, later.........

i started feelin a little weired yesterday and when i woke up today i was sick. todays was my day off anyways but this sucks so much ass. i better be felin up to do some legs tomorrow.

i did a little legs but im feelin like straight ass. i thought i was gonna blow chunks a couple times but i got through it. hopefully i'll get over this soon and go at it hard again.

i was feelin a little better today, i hit some chest and shoulders. it was a pretty good workout for being under the weather.

i took yesterday off but i hit some back this morning and i felt alot better. i switched up my deadlifts to the end of my workouts and i can feel a big difference.

checked the weight after my workout yesterday, 193. yesterday was back day and i felt like i was gona blow chunks the whole time. it was great. i changed my rep range to 12-15 now. i was doin 10's but i wana see how this works.

I wish I could see what you looked like before you began cutting. Right now, your pics look really good. Your shoulders and back are coming out really nice already. Traps and arms looking hard too. Your lats and serratus look good in your front double bicep shot too. Good work..keep it up! We're with ya!

as of last friday i weighed 192, so im pleased with that. stig, man i go three days no carbs and one day carbs, it was hard at first but then i got used to it but i switched my workout and uped the reps and its getin me down. im drained as shit and i feel like i could sleep all day. with a little more than three weeks to go i gotta keep focused and keep bustin my ass. i'll be hitin some back, tris and abs in the morning. toni man thanks, i just gotta keep at it.

ok im back, i know i havent posted in a while but here is my stats as of today. my weight was 189 and i guess my bf% is sub 10. im goin down to daytona beach florida on the 8th, if anyone wants to hit up a gym or a bar with me and my buds let me know. as of training, ive been following some of milos sarcev's cutting program where your doin giant sets super setted with the last set with a drop set. i'll be taken some more pics before i leave. later.
