Hey what's up everyone? I'm not a big forum poster on any board. But I like reading what people have to say for better or worse.

I wanted a positive place to create a log of my workouts and this website seems full of people who contribute to and maintain the positive environment I seek. Here's my story: At 18 years old, I decided I wanted to join the Navy Seals and decided to undergo a vigorous workout routine. Long story short, being in the gym training for my goal, I fell in love with bodybuilding and took it up as a hobby when I sidelined my goal of being a seal for more personal reasons.

I made excellent gains my 3 months. I went from 175- 208 in that time and that is probably the only time I took note of my progress lol. I had a log and I had a no bullshit mindset focused on getting in the gym and under the metal. This was from 12/07 until 6/10 and ever since then I have slowly but surely fell off track and this whole year I have barely been in the gym more than once per week. I kept my frame and held muscle but I feel like utter shit. I'm starting this log here to reverse my decline and get healthy, happy and strong again. I'm currently 22, 6', 245 with maybe 20% bf. I've never dieted more than a month. I have taken gear but don't want to right now. I need to get my shit together and get back on the ball. Tonight or tomorrow morning, I want to post up my first workout with pics including a front and back shot.

Wish me luck, I hope to be regular in the gym and on this site if for nothing more than motivation to start.

The split is going to look like this:

Day 1- Chest/Triceps
Day 2- Back/Biceps
Day 3- Rest (Abs and Cardio)
Day 4- Shoulders
Day 5- Legs
Day 6- Rest (Abs, Calves and Cardio)

I plan on doing 30 minutes of interval or high intensity cardio every day. My PWO shake is going to be 81g protein (whey isolate) with 40g Waxy Maize. Before bed I'll take an Animal Pak, replacing the B pill with a Big 150 from GNC and an extra 500mg Vitamin C.

Looks good my man. What is your diet looking like?

I'm not adhering to a diet at the moment, just trying to workout and let my body tell me what it wants to eat and how much. I understand it's not ideal but I'm very busy and don't have much time these days so to do too much would kill my morale.

I don't eat any junk food or snacks. Only whole meals. The only snack I'll have may be a shake or some raw almonds.
