Hey everyone. I'm the new guy and a need a little help. I picked up some Stak and Test and wanna stack em. Problem is I wake up at 4 am every morning and train at 4:30. Should I just take both packs as soon as I get out of bed or take the Stak before and Test post workout?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

For best results you want to be eating before training. Everyone will have different ways to run the stack, but i would say 45 mins before training eat and take Test, 30 mins later have Stak.
