I've been really touch and go with smoothies. Sometimes I love them, other times I can't even look at them. Want to mix it up a bit, so I made the following. It was delicious.

Ingredients;
1 frozen banana
1 slice honeydew melon
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 tbsp natty almond butter (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup strong brewed green tea (2-3 bags)
Ice to preference. More ice = thick shake. You know the drill

Prep;
Blend to preference. I blend until thick liquid.

Tons of antioxidants, tons of vitamins, good fats, good protein, good carbs. This is a decent post workout shake. For cutters, I'd remove the honeydew melon, use half a banana, cut the almond butter, and be cautious with the almond milk.
