Ok guys a while back I won some supps from this fourm. Well i had surgery so i was on the backbuner for a while. well here is my supp stack that i won. So its NT-1, Pump, Nitro G, Pak, and M-stak. So i started today. and ill keep you guys filled in on how it goes. As of today im 207. and i have no clue how strong i am since i havnt been able to lift for the last month or so well here goes brothers peace.

Alright first day back to the gym went like this
lat pulldown 120x8 for 4 sets
barbell rows 135x8 for 3 sets
cable row 130x8 for 3 sets
close grip pulldown 130x6 for 3 sets.
I know its not alot but havent lifted in over a month so takin it slow. The supps kick ass i love them.

Well i have been moving on top of being sick and hot damn i found my super gripper. If you guys havent seen one of these things its a big green gripper. It the bomb. well anyway its defintaly time to get my grip strenght back. peace.

So today had to hit up some early training. Took all my supps except animal pak had to hit the gym at 5am instead of my usal evening workout. OH well still feeling weak from post sugery. Today's workout went like this.
incline bench. 115x9 for 3 sets
flys 35x8 for 3 sets
cable cross unders 40x8 for 3 sets
then some biceps
preacher curls 70x8 for 3 sets
dumbell curls 30x8 for 2 sets 35x6 for 1 set
hammercurls 35x8 for 3 sets
then some forearms. 80x10 for 3 sets. still feeling week hope next week i can get some serious increase. I hate feeling so weak. well bros thats it for today tommorw is shoulders ill fill you guys in. Peace.

Alright. Here was todays workout. Took my NT-1 40 min prior then pump about 15 min prior. Strenght seems to be coming back slowly. SHoulder press 2 warmup sets then 3 sets of 115 for 8-6
then i did a superset of laterals with rear raises 2 sets with 15 for 10 then 1 set with 20 for 8 reps those bad boys burn.
Then I hit up some rear delts again they are deftinatly my weakpoint. did 3 sets of high cable crossovers type of excersise those were 3 sets of 10-8 with a weight of 15 pounds. then it was off to triceps. 4 sets of staright bar pushdowns. 70 pounds from 10-8 reps. close grip bench was 115 for 8-6 and then rope pulldowns 3 sets 8-6 the last one barley sqeezed out 6. then as always had my nitro G during my workout. Had some torrent after. They say its a 7 day sample. Man i think ill just be hitting my potieintal in 7 days. THis stuff is great.

Nitro G is the drinkable version correct? Whats the calorie content in that look like? Also hows the taste?

Nitro G is the drinkable one. Um the nutrion facts say 140 calories for 2 packs i only take one for now. That is way to expensive to take 2 packs for me right now. but the taste is awsome. I put about 3/4 water in a 1 liter bottle and 1 pack nitro and hit the gym. alot better than the water in the gym anyway. so today is my day off so im just chillin hit up a local joint for some breakfast. Had a steak omlette and some wheat toast. IT was great. Hope this helps bro. i love the taste its unlike other stuff i have tried its actully taste like grape now like some nasty chalky vitman grape type crap.

And this 140 calories come from simple sugars I assume? I was thinking about trying another animal supp out and Nitro G seems to be what I'm leaning toward.

Alright feeling stronger. Its great. forgot my straps oh well fuck it today was back went like this.
all excersices have atleast one warm up set.
lat pulldown 140x10 140x8 130x8 1/2 had to squeeze that one.
hammer low row 75 eachside first set 8,8,6
cable row 150x8 150x6 140x6
close grip pulldown. 140x7 140x6 120to failure.
then 2 sets of shurgs at 180 have to fatten up my neck have a weight in on thrusday. than 4 sets of calves at 300 on the donkey machine 15-12

Well last week was my first week back from surgery so i didnt lift for about a month so i just wanted to take it slow the first week back so i didnt hut myself ya know what i mean that would suck. so now im back in the swing of things.

YO its EAA stuff your body needs. and cant get on its own plus its got some simple sugars which is great cause during the breaks from the weight it feel like you can def recover faster and also helps the uptake of the EAA's into your system. I like so thats it from me. Bro ill get back to the plates soon. DONT worry about this Pollack im good.

All right guys update starting to feel more strength the farther along I go. I didn’t hit the gym for legs today. I had to run my Physical Fitness Test. Since I been on the shelf for over a month running a little over 3 miles killed my ass. so I think ill hit them up on Sunday instead. Got to get them in. Tomorrow chest and bi's cant wait

Alright updates. Yesterday we had a deck of pain pt. In other words a deck of cards and pull up bars. we must have did over 150 pullups. Ya Lats are dead. so i hit up shoulders today that didnt go as well as i thought my lats and shoulder were dead from friday but it went like this
shoulder press 115x5 for 3 sets.
side raises 20x8 for 3 sets
cable rear shoulder 20x10 for 3 sets
then off to tri's cable pushdown straight bar 70x10 75x10 and 80x8
tried close grip bench 115 on the second set wrist started to hurt pretty bad. so i went off to skull crushers 80x8 for 3 sets then finished it off with some rope pulldowns 70x10 80x8 80 till failure. thats it for today ill attempt legs tommorw well bro let me tell you taking my stack my strength feels like its def going up been eating big. trying to get my strenght back that will take a little time after this stak ill add some cuts and take out the mstak and do a little cut. for about 8 to maybe 12 weeks. well see ill let you guys know. peace

had a weigh in on thrusday 209 right now have a 40.5in waist i want to get that down to like a 36 or maybe a 34 that is why i want to hit up some cuts after this mstak

so today was back
lat pull down 140x8 for 3 sets
barbell rows 135 for8 then 155 for 6 2 sets
deadlifts 225x6-8 for 3 sets
cable rows 150x8-10 for 3 sets
shurgs 205x 10 for 3 sets
my lats are feel really weak i know its from way overtraining but hey in the military somtimes you cant argue with the boss. Esp since this week seems to be pull up week. OH well what can ya do but suck it up and do it.

wide chest hammer machine 70x10
cable cross unders 45x8 for 3 sets
I felt really burned out today for some reason it took alot out of me to work out could be many factors didnt drink a whole lot of water today. well im hoping my number will go up well thats it for today sorry for the weak chest day.

In response to your question...nitro g is a post work out supplement. After working out, your body is in an extreme state of catabolism and is in dire need of fuel. Cortisol levels(which eats up muscles for energy) are also extremely high. Since your body is depleted of carbs, you need a fast digesting, simple carb. Enter the sugars in Nitro G. They suppress the cortisol and release insulin, a very anabolic chemical!

Take it after you work out, if you take it during, I believe it screws with your insulin sensitivity, and therefore post work out nutrion's value is lowered.

Now that I take Nitro G during my workouts I feel renewed during the workout in between sets. I feel like I recover faster. But to each his own experiment and find out I feel like it helps out. Peace.

Ok so back today. I felt great today the last time i hit the gym the damn 45 plates just felt heavy to move around. So hit it up with some lat pulldowns
1st set was 130 for 10 then 150's for sets 2-4 6-8
bb rows. 135x10 then 155 for 6-8
cable row 160x8 for 3 sets
then some calves 300 x 12 for 4 sets.
so after the Mstak im going to use some cuts and ill keep ya guys filled in and im going to change from nt-1 to stak 2 just to change it up some. well guys peace out for now.

Alll right talk about crap today. I started my workout with 5 min run my left knee felt like shit. then i did some good streching. so i went up to squat warmsups felt great 135 then i go up to 185 first set no prob. then the second set i felt a sharp pain in my right hamstring. so i take a few min strech and then i pick up the bar again i barley go down and the sharp pain again. so i walk away from squat. i dont want to try leg press with a sharp pain so i did some leg extensions and they were good 100x10 then 120x8 and 120x8 then i did some light leg curls 70x10 for 3 sets. I'm kind of pissed about my hammie but i think next time ill put my knee braces on maybe that might help some.

This stack has defitnaly got my strength back not to what it was yet but im getting there.

thats it this stak is getting my strenght back but starting monday im going to change it up im going to put cuts into the program for the mstak and im going to start using stak2 when my NT-1 runs out.

Sunday is the start of cutting was going to go on Monday but ah what the fuck right might as well get it started and then that way it can get it over sooner. Yup as of today all the crap is out of the house how sad am I going to be. But hey its part of life. And a little tidbit i read in this month’s muscular development. Hany Rambod was talking about the off season for bodybuilders. He said you should go on a cut and not just keep bulking all the time. He went on to say it’s harder to get ripped if you just bulk for long periods of time. Good article highly recommended. Well guys ill keep you filled in. ok day two of cutting and it sucks ball already. had to run a PFT didnt really do so well felt a little dehydrated. So anyway we will see how this goes over the next few months ill keep ya gys filled in today check my waist 40.5 i want to get to a 32-33 in 4 to 5 months.

Ok back today. Started out with some bent over rows 135warmup 155 for 10 then 185 new record for 6 then again for 4
deadlifts 205x8 then 205x6
latpulldown 3 sets 150 for 8-10
cable row 170x3 for 8-10 then 190 for 6 well that was it for back then some pullups later in the day.

Congrats on the BB row PR. In my opinion BB rows are the most benifital back movement I've ever used. Along side deads of course.

Thanks Test ya have to keep it up tommorw is legs i hope my hamstring will hold up it has been killing me even though i stretch but it only really acts up when i run or seem to do squats or anything really bending at the knee.

Alright Vegas was tight. Seen the Monty Python Spamalot. If you any of you guys like the quest for the holy grail this is that but with some modern twists it was awsome. I didnt stop laughing for pretty much the whole show. Well anyway. Hit up some chest and bi's out there. My diet was all fucked up out there on tv it seems like you can eat anywhere that is true but at like pretty much 20 bucks a pop everywhere or more you hit a buffet and maybe not eat as much as shitty as that sounds. well guys im off to hit up shoulders today will fill ya in later peace

Hey guys had to run anther PFT yesterday. So then i was on my run and my damn hamsting got this insane pain. So i have to go to medical yay how fun. I tried to ice and strech no avail my shit is killing. So ill fill you guys in with whats going on.

Alright chest today.
incline 95 warmup 10
115x8 135x8 135x6 i cant seem to get past 135 I need help here. I think it might be a mental thing i used to get higher.
incline fly 40x3 for 8-10
flat bench 135 warmup then 155 for 3 sets 6-10 werid felt werid on these today at the begining kind of sticky then all the sudden bam felt strong hmm any ideas maybe mental again.
then on to the wide chest machine. 1 45 plate for warm up then 45 and a 35 for 10 then 2 pies for 10 and then again 2 pies for 8 then back to 1 pie for burnout got to 13 my chest was on fire at this point then some machine fly 100 warmup then up to 140 for 8 damn these felt great then 80 on these for a burnout made it to 15
then off to bi hit up some preacher 90x3 8-10
some hammers 40x3 6-10 on these then i was off. I was thinking about getting some help from one of the nutrionist on base since im trying these diet thing on my own im doing alright but im sure i can do better.

As for your incline 'problem': Trying switching up your grip, I know I like a wider grip on incline than I do on normal flat. Everything in the gym is mental bro. You just gotta go for it. When your in the gym tell yourself 'don't think...just do.'

Once you start thinking about shit, You start to get to questioning yourself. When your under several hundred pounds...Theres just no fucking room for questions.

ropes 50 warmup then 80x10 then 110x 10 then 130x8 that was my saturday yay. Ok now I would like to give props to everyone here has helped me and my TEST keep being a beast. I am trying to convince my wife to go to a bodybuilding show here at the end of the month so she can see one up close. She agreed so we will see how that goes. Peace guys.

ok so finally made it to the docs office. ya happy news not hamstring sprain so now i have flexerall and pretty much prescription aleve so im taking today off to see how the drugs affect me the doc said the flexerall said i could be weaker in the gym and over all so im taking it easy to see what happnes dont want to keep going then all the sudden from sprain to something worse peace

Holy shit last night I took a flexerall at like 6 at night by 730 i was out like a light. So like i said i was starting a new program workout 7 from the AOM. Damn i think i need a good chage up.
5 sets for flat went like this 135x8 for 3sets then 155x8 then 165x8 wow my chest was fried already.
incline dumbell. 40x8 for 3 sets
flys 40x8 for 3 sets
close grip i had 95 on the bar holy shit i was burned out. close grip so 3 sets 95 i couldnt finish the last set made it to 6 then off to do some biceps
staright bar 60x8 for 3 sets
ez curl bar 25 on that badboy 3 sets x8
then off for calves

So today i hit up legs nothing great since my hamstring still is killing. me so here it went
smith machine squats. 135x8 for 3 sets then 185 for 2 sets of 8
leg extensions 100x8 for 4 sets
leg curls 80 x8 for 4 sets that was it my hamstring started to hurt so i called it quits no need to mess up my leg even more well bros peace.

Ok today is day off but since i am cutting right now hello cardio the necessary evil that is. im going to hit up 40 min slow it has been helping out my hamstring to go slow and just keep it warm. the flexerall helps too. But that stuff makes me tired as hell.

The current stack again just so you guys dont have to go back is cuts nitro g and nt-1 also pump. ITs going great esp since i just chaned up my workout also i feel great pump. im going to measure up after the end of the cuts stack then when i start up cuts again after the week off im going to throw in some stak2 in place of nt-1. just to change things up a bit but so far im loving it. I'm still a little hungry but oh well that a cut cant do shit about that right. Also i have upped my cardio like a mofo. usally 2 45min to an hour of cardio a day depends of course slow since again the hammie is killing me so i have to pace myself. well brothers i wish all good luck with there quests out there. OH ya Angst congrats on your contest.

seated calf machine 2 45 for 12 for 2 sets then i threw on a 35 on top of that i was dead at 10 my calves are dead but they way im wokring workout number 7 from AOM. Is instead of starting on monday i start on tueday which puts back and shoulders together and they both say calves so im going to hit them up for 2 days in a row just to see if can get any shock value from this and make them grow.

So Monday my new stack will be cuts for the second cycle then some stak2 then pump and nitro and of course pak peace brothers. Also I was looking thru the recipes in the diet section when pay day rolls around I think im going to hit up alot of those thanks guys. Peace

Sorry guys i havent been to active on here for the past couple days i still have intense pain in my hamstrings and now a sharp pain in the side which makes things hard but hey whats life so i went to medical today and they told me to hey just keep working out and told me to get a book that i cant even find on the internet. Said i cant take anymore time off from running because ill become to weak. I'm no doc but if i keep going cant i possibly mess up my hamstrings more! I dont know but ill give it a shot and start hitting up wheels again but light and see what happnes as for the pain in my side they told me its becaus i dont breath right and something about my liver hitting my ribs and that cause discomfort even though i told them i have a distinct pain constanly but hey i guess im not the doc here so enough of my rambling im going to hit up shoulders tommorw im goingto take it easy for one more night and get some rest. thanks to al you guys that keep checking in and hey if you see that i can make improvments anywhere hit me up thanks again fellas peace

still using AOM workout 7
5 sets of rear shoulder press 95 for 5 sets of 12
then 5 sets of front shoulder press 95 for 5 sets of 12 still burns to the bone!
rear laterals 2 sets with 20 for 12 then 2 sets of 25 for 12. That pain in my ab area acted up a little but i notice if i suck in my stomach its not so bad so i try and do that and its kind of like a little ab work out.
anyway hit up dips im deftinaly getting better at these first 3 sets complete the 8 that is says to do then on the fourth set i made it to 6 well hell a few weeks ago i could barly get 8 on the first set maybe next week ill throw a 10 pound weight into the mix ill see how it feels.

smith machine squats 135x10 135x10 185x10 185x10 when i went up to 185 i started to really feel my hamstrings tighten up so i did some good streching then anther good hamstring excersise so im told.

4 sets leg extensions 80x12 80x12 95x12 95x12
then one legged hamstring machine this thing kicked my ass 30x8 each leg shit i started with 50 im like this should be easy ya right. not to mention my leg strength sucks but hey we all have something to work on well thats its fortoday peace bros.

ok so today wasnt excatly a gym day but we did anther Physical Fitness test so i got 8 pullups i wasnt exactly tired but i just could not keep my grip so there is anther thing have to work on some grip strength. the of course got my 100 crunches but all in less than a min so im getting faster there then my run time 3 miles 24:08 a month ago my time was 25:10 my hammies killing me but hey i still did better. then hit the pool at lunch and swam 1000 meter that may not be alot but i suck at swimming i work just to go like10 feet in water. so that was my monday tommorw is chest.

a couple of months actully it all depends on how i work out the shoulders i usally didnt do as much pressing as i do right now.i mean almost 10 sets for press is alot but right now it not exactly trying to pack on the mass. im going to keep this workout about 5 to 6 more weeks then its defitnaly time for a change up. maybe put arms together again dont know yet ill see how it goes

Ok I love my DVR. I got to watching wrestling and the ultimate fighter from thrusday night. Again anyone who has followed me knows I love pro wrestling. Didnt hit the gym today instead of opted for memorial day yard work! YAY I usally go on tuesday anyway just thought i would hit it up today but shoulder was still kind of sore. So after digging up my yard and only having a 5 gallon bucket i discoverd my wrist starps coming in handy i moved that bucket at least 70 times after a while my grip was gone so i used my staps to help out. my wife at first laughed but she then realized that i could keep working so she didnt say to much more. I gave myself a wake up call today. Latley i been hitting some bigger weights but i think at a price. So i went down a little and went slow and pumped the hell out of my muscles.

flys 35x8 45x8 45x8. I really had to watch my form on this one i started to feel it in my rear delts. so I knew i was probably going either to far or had the dumbells too high near the shoulders.
hammer strength wide chest machine. 1pps 8 holding for at least 2 seconds to fill the chest with some blood since this was my last chest excersie. 2ppsx8 2ppsx8 then 2-45plus 25s did those for 6 wow chest felt like it was ripping apart.
off to BI's staright bar curl 70x8 70x8 70x6 my forarms are killing during these so i think i have to redo my form some. then some ez bar curls 25s 3sets for 8
calves again like some of the chest i hit these nice and slow and held them for a second or more no more bouncing from this guy 300 for 4 sets 12

ok hit up some good old miltary style bodyweight work outs. Did 2 circuts of Pushups divebomber pushups, sungods, crunches, side crunches, bicycle crunches. and then leg lifts. squats then squat jumps. THis pretty much hits all of my body. and its kind of like circut training i use thise from time to time when i cant hit the gym and need something to do. then i hit cardio for 20 min. Tommorw is legs in the morining and i get to run and do some more full body excersices with my Marines should be a fun time and if you guys have been following my hamstring is doing pretty good it gets tight every once and while but as long as i stretch im good.

we did a formation run about 4 miles in the morning then did 10 pullups bodyweight getting really easy today. then we had did a 30 second flex arm hang witch is what the females do. everyone talks shit about it and to me its easy i hung there with my elbows hurting from grappling the other day for 30 seconds easy. well then i hit the gym a couple of hours later

hammerstrenght high row 2 45 per side 3 sets for 8
then the hammerstrenght row machine 2 pps for 3 sets of 8 i think im going to stick to the bar on these i like it better than the machines. then off to do some shurgs 225 for 3 sets of 8 then behind the neck shurgs 185 for 3 sets of 8 then the 4 way neck machine. 45 pound plate i did 12 headback then 12 head foward. for 3 sets that felt crazy on my neck never really did that machine before. well bros ill hit you guys up later shoulders tommorrow peace

well guys today is not been a good day.
i hit up the gym my elbows and rear delts have been killing me latley but only when i put pressure aka lifting or anything like that. well i started incline barbell 115 for 12 115 for 10 115 for 8 115x6

so i hit up some flys first set 30 no way man i almost dropped one on myself cause i felt like i had no grip from my elbow hurting so damn bad. so i think i have to take some time off just so i dont injur myself anymore. I feel like a bitch and i know it sucks but somtimes you have to listen. so guys ill be around as usal i just think ill take this week off and see how i feel. then back at it.

elbow today hurt a little think im def going on monday to medical but im sure they will tell me some bs like oh your have tight muscles but hey thats what you get for free medical i guess. so today was my hitt cardio sprint for one min then jog for one min for 12 min the up hill walking at 12 percent incline at 4 mph keeps the heart rate right in that fat burining zone.

ok back at the gym for the first time in 2 weeks. the elbows finally felt fine. so seems like no nerve damage since my hands felt that pins and needles feeling a few weeks ago. its gone now so has the strength but ah it happens from time to time.

Hey guys whats the new hotness on the fourm hmm. well i been in the field all week came back saturday so cant reallly hit the gym on those days. WOuld be funny walking in to the gym with my M-16 but i think people would frown on that. so did some pushups and crunches standing squats and shit like that. added some power pushups and squat jumps just to try and shock the muscles. then when i got home did some cardio off to hit up some more cardio 45min in the morining then again at night time. Last night i took some progress photos how depressing. thought i was farther along than that. Has anyone done that taken a photo and been like crap this sucks well time to get back to some serious training i guess. peace.

alrighty so like i said earlier instead of 2 cardio sessions only hit up one today had a lot to do today with family and stuff. did hit up 50min the hamstring was killing me by the end burned a litttle over 500 cals so ill take that for now. Also found a nice mom and pop pizza joint but i had a hand tossed chicken salad with low fat ranch the BOMB that was great. then for dinner hit up some stew with squash oninon carrots and some meat so over all not a lot of carbs so im huting from lack of carbs just greens for carbs pretty much. well guys that it from this guy im out peace.

I have never really been off carbs liek this before so its new to me what a crazy feeeling. anyway thats it for the day im down to 206 if i havent said it yet im starting to see a little more viens but still have anther 8 weeks or so before i stop dieting i have noticed more results in the last month and half that i have the couple of months before.

cutting i did a nasty bulk and got mad fat in my opion so im cutting down right now i kind havent done cardio no real excuse was shooting on the rifle range this week so some super long hours waking up at 230 and not getting home till 430 in the afternoon after sitting outside all day kind of takes life out of you so i tried to hit the gym but starting cardio full swing again tommorrow. i was 220 after my bulk but now im sittin around 205 right now. so my plan is cut till the end of sept then start a good bulk with some real gains in october and i deploy out in december or january so i want to start a decent bulk before i leave. so ill fill more in as the time comes.

yo today was a cheat day from hell havent really had any ate the lasanga then had some hot wings and a calzone i felt so engergized to have carbs in me again. it was nuts but right back to low carb oh well me and my wife hav found some bomb ass low carb recpies so its now so bad then. well tommorw is shoulders and as for cuts i was taking them but i ran out and im broke and im about to go home on leave so i had to buy plane ticket and rent a car so ill still pretty much just be takin the pak and protien so thats about it for me now.

Ok today wow first thing this morining running plus calisthenics. ran about a mile till we hit this one hill well run up the hill then do push ups, crunches legs down, crunches legs up, flutter kicks, leg raises and calf raises, this was our curcit. well then dowwn the hill and again the curicit again. this went on for about 7 times up and down the hill plus walking lunges up the hill and bacward running too. it killed me. ok then off to lunch where i actully worked out
this gym i went to today was packed to the gills man it sucked not going to that one again plus had a bunch of rude ass mothers in there i dont like that.

hey guys I know i haven been around like i used to well time for deployments are coming up plus feeling sick as dog had me down well i have been kind of hiding in the shadows. hitting the gym but the numbers have slacked off but i have been builiding my supplment stack. I have stak2 flex on the way nitro g the drinkable GH that im going to mix with the nitro G and of course pak. So Monday im going to start this well ihave to wait on the GH and Flex that should be about a week. I would love to get Test but ya who wouldnt. there is no way right now cost is to high when i delpoy and make more money hell ya. Plus when i seen it had AA in it. I was amazed I thought Willem leywellen patened that it was supposed to be the next big thing in supps like 2 years ago or so and now its in Test got to be good.

Despite how much i love lifting, i do believe there are more important things in life than bodybuilding alone.
I took about a month off from the gym 'cause the summer school. My mom paid over a thousand dollars for those classes, and there was no way in hell that i was gonna fail them. So i step away from the gym for a while 'cause i dont want to waste my mom's hard earned money. And I think i made the right decision.
I also experienced a drop in strenth and endurance when i first came back to the gym, but i was able to get it all back through eating big and training heavy.

So now that you're back, push yourself to make up the lost ground, i'm sure soon enough you'll be bigger and stronger than ever before.

So today we ran our Phyiscal Fitness Test today.
I did 11 pullups dont know what happned there last time i got 15 oh well than i ran my 3 miles at 23min not to bad since i ran that a couple of months ago at 2430 and i weighed in at 201 this morning. well bros thats it for me oh ya we had to do this stupid circuit course in the gym for upper body today also for PT it was pretty gay oh well have a nice run tommorrow. I know I used to rant and rave a lot on here and haven’t done that in a while so ya here goes. I know all us animals have at least one thing in common a fuck load of heart in and out of the gym. It is what makes us, moves us, and just plain sets us apart from the normal gym people. I know there was an article from Schak where he talked about so much intensity that everyone was like im not working out with Schak well out here in Iraq I seem to one of the few that people look to for advice and man I share the wealth that I know. I did my time searching forums reading what seems like reams of information. So again no problem I love it when people started calling me the alchemist cause of all my animal pak and protein concoctions love it. now what pisses me off is some people came to me and asked me for a good workout plan no problem did that then of course there is the one jackass in the gym who thinks he knows everything and keeps telling these people that I steer them wrong and this, that, and what ever well I was like fuck you dude look at me ya im not the most ripped dude in here and who pretty much copied my stack and work out to the T. so ya after that the people I showed tips and tricks in the gym well the still listen to me and everyone sees the other guy as a joke in them gym. I know there will always be those people out there but seriously keep to you routine don’t bother me and don’t undermine me do you feel me I am always open to criticism but not when it comes from a source of someone who always runs their mouth cause they are jealous of you and the fact people come to you not them for information on the gym and supps well brothers do you feel me or am I an asshole for this peace
