Not the most impressive flavour selection.
But on a rather nun tight budget so its what I have to work with.

Ultra Whey Pro, Pak, Flex, Omega, Rage, Creatine & Stak(Currently Off) are thrown in the mix too.

I think you should add some veggies with atleast 4 of your meals. Like cucumbers, broccoli...

And I've been told a meal of 30gr of whey isn't a meal but a snack. Maybe change the groundbeef for chicken breast (you're down in fat a bit that way) and add some walnuts with ur last meal.

Imo, it's also easier to prepare more of the same foods instead of all the different dishes.

I'm not a expert at all but I think this would benefit a diet.

Aren't the definitions of a meal and snack just simply relative to the individual? You're body is going to digest the nutrients regardless of the amount of portion size/inclusion of different substances. My body is going to digest the food either way.
