Hey fellas, I love reading about everybody else's own personal Journey, so I thought, "Hell, you got nothing to lose."

Tonight...arms. The day everybody looks forward to. The day to load the bar up heavy and then fight against gravity. The day to find that true Animal inside of you...

I subscribe to the idea that since I've got two days off, and another week till I train arms again, I should pound them into remission and make sure that I get the most out of them...

My routine tonight looks like this:

Barbell curls 4 x 12-6, ascending weights
supersetted with
Close grip bench 4 x 12-6, ascending weights

Scott curls, 4 x 12-8
supersetted with
Dumbbell kickbacks, 4 x 12-8

Concentration curls, 2 x 10
supersetted with
Overhead dumbbell extensions, 2 x 10

Hammer curls, 4 x 8
supersetted with
Wrist curls, 4 x 25
supersetted with
Wrist twists, 2 x 50

Man, my workout was nice. I took a hint from some people on here and made myself a little workout drink with my Nitro G mixed in with a scoop of Storm. It really made my pump come to life. By the time I hit my triple-set for forearms, I thought I was gonna die...but I loved it. Best damn pump I've had in a while.

Today's supposed to be a day to just rest and recover, but I can't. I'm ansy. I want to hit the iron. I've got to. So I'm gonna throw a back workout together in my basement with my stereo blasting and my Bears on TV that looks a little like this...

Weighted Pullups (on an I-beam) 4 x 12-8
Dumbbell Pullovers 4 x 10-6

Bent-Over Rows 5 x 12-6
Dumbbell Rows 3 x 12-8

Deadlifts 5 x 10-1

Barbell Shrugs 3 x 15

It's go time..

I'm kinda pissed because yesterday didn't go as planned, and I didn't get a lift in. That's all right though, because it was supposed to be a rest day anyways.

I've always heard to put your weakest bodypart in the first day of your training week, so on today's menu I've got shoulders...my least favorite workout all week.

Seated Barbell overhead press, 5 x 12-6
Arnold Press, 3 x 12-8
Lateral Raises, 5 x 15-6
Upright Rows, 4 x 12-8
One-Armed rear delt raise, 4 x 12-6
Shrugs, 2 x failure

Let the obliteration begin...

I know you hate shoulders but I was reading your work out and thought I may throw something at you. Picked it up from AJ hawk former Ohio state line backer, got to lift with him because a high school buddy ended up playin football next door to him at Ohio dominican, anyways if it was good enough for AJ hawk its sure as hell good enough for me, kills me everytime.
Strap a belt on for this one, take a 45 pound plate and hold it out right in front of you while standing with arms nearly locked, lift it over and behind your head and then to a tricep raise, lower back to starting position with the weight at chest level and keep on keepin on, dont lower it to rest until the end of the set. Haven't had to many shoulder work outs like it. If you try it, hit me up and let me know what you think.
