Needed:
1 can of tuna in water (don't drain it)
1.5 cups rolled oats (3/4 cup steel cut for the hard asses)
some olive oil
a huge squeeze of mustard
9-10 shakes of tabasco sauce
one big ass spoon
put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir them up. when they congeal into a huge ball, pick it up with the spoon and take a bite before it falls back in.
when i bulk i eat this almost every day.

It's good only if you add the tabasco sauce. Or any hot sauce for that matter. Mustard + hot sauce actually flavors the tuna really well and then the oats sort of just hold it all together.
The olive oil is for added fat. It's optional. On a bulk I typically try to incorporate fat into every meal.
Overall the taste is decent. But it's a recipe mainly for growth.

that sounds like the most disgusting meal ever. but it's simple, fast, and has protein and carbs. can't wait to eat it tomorrow for breakfast.

I always eat tuna w/mustard at night before bed but, I make sure and have a caffiene free diet coke to kill the taste and get it down in 3 bites

I can't get enough of tuna and mustard, and love the taste.
