Whats going on Animals, here I am back in Afghanistan with the same goals to gain weight (yea i know eat eat eat). About to jump into routine here starting tomorrow but first wanted opinions on whether or not I should find out where my 1RM is first or just start out and test later. Im 23, 5'11", 150#...I want to be atleast 175# by the end of the year...that is my goal DEC 31 2012 Rod is 175#. Let it begin.

Well since there were no responses I went ahead and started here is my day.

10:30am - Wake up, Shake.
12:30 - Lunch, Lamb and Rice
3:00 - Shake
4:00 - Pre-workout N.O
4:15 - Gym:
Bench Warm up 95# 6reps, 115# 6r, 125# 6r
Bench 135# 5r, 145# 5r, 155# 5r, 125# w/chains 5r, 125# w/chains 5r
Incline DB Press 35# 10r, 40# 10r, 50# 7r
Incline Flyes 25# 10r, 30# 7r, 30# 8r
Barbell Curls 65# 10r, 70# 9r, 75# 7r
DB Curls 30# 10r, 35# 8r, 30# 8r
Concentration Curls 25# 10r, 30# 8r, 30# 8r
5:30 - Post-workout Shake
6:45 - Dinner, Turkey, Potatoes, and stuffing
10:00 - Shake
