got home yesterday and noticed my giant box of girl scout cookies on the counter....which reminded me of all the great recipes u can use to make shakes with them...here are a few of mine..post some of your own if you got any, or any good ideas...

1/2 cup milk
6 Tagalongs
1 scoop peanut butter chocolate ice cream
2 scoops vanilla real gains
1 banana
some ice cubes

1/2 cup milk, (may need more depending on consistency)
10 Thin mints
2 scoops mint choc chip ice cream
1 scoop vanilla real gains
1 scoop chocolate real gains
some ice cubes

a good one for fat burning:

cinnamon
cayenne pepper
protein
water
lemon juice

tastes horrible. works great.

Here's what I've been drinking recently:

1.5 cups milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 scoop chocolate protein
2 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter

For kicks once I squeezed in some honey and it tasted pretty good.

Sounds good...especially with the honey.

I found this one on the elite fts website that I have been using. It works well with any ice cream so far. I think the article had like 8 or 9 more recipes that people submitted.

2 scoops vanilla whey/casein
2 big tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Teaspoon dark cocoa powder
One large scoop rocky road ice cream
Add milk/ice to blend to your desired thickness (usually use 10 oz)

Here's another one that I have been experimenting with.

1 cup of milk
2 scoops of vanilla protein
2 heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin pie mix
dash of vanilla extract
couple blasts from the cinnamon spice weasel

one thing i like to do is add frozen fruit instead of ice to your protein mix, also like to use almond milk instead of skim milk, also try adding sugar free pudding and jello mix to your shake.

That's a game changer right there! im picking some pudding mix up today, along with some almond milk. and eggs, and meat, and chicken, and...

What I've been doint lately....

1.5 cups of milk
3.5 scoops of Real Gains (chocolate)
tbsp of peanut butter
1 banana
1.5 cup oats
cinammon
few drops of vanilla extract
several ice cubes

Someone else posted something similar to this on the forum, and i'm not switching to anything else for a while. This gives me the calories I need with extraordinary taste.

1 Fruit and Nut granola bar
2 scoops natty organic PB
5 ice cubes
12oz water

Been drinking this the last couple days. Pretty damn good!

Haha, that just sounds horrible.

I wouldn't mix that with protein, because the taste would be fucked up and why prolong the agony?

Instead, why not just take a couple of ounces of lemon juice and mix the cayenne and cinnamon in and then drink it like a shot. Boom it's over.

Then have your protein in water separately.

1 scoop of mixed source protein powder
8oz milk (your preference as to full fat, half fat or non fat)
1/2 to 1 frozen banana (chopped)
2 teaspoons natural PB

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth

Here are 2 of my favorite ones. They're lower in cals though. I'd be 300lbs if I had any of those great sounding ones you guys posted!

Java Junkie Protein Smoothie
1 double shot of espresso or 1/3 cup very strong coffee (cooled)
1/2 cup skim milk
2 packs of splenda
2 scoops of vanilla whey (chocolate if you want a mocha drink)
ice

PB& Honey
2 scoops vanilla whey
8oz skim milk
1 small vanilla yogurt
1tbs peanut butter
1tbs honey

For a summer-themed shake, I like this blended in the Magic Bullet. Tastes AMAZING...

10 oz orange juice
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen peaches
2 scoops Ultra Iso Whey Vanilla

Fire Extinguisher:

12-16oz water or milk
2 scoops protein (I like strawberry)
Pineapple (real fruit chunks, not pasteurized juice)
EV Coconut Oil
Bromelain
Ice

i like to keep my shakes simple to help prevent the development of diabetes and the testosterone lowering and pancreatic cancer causing effects of sugar

ill do 2 scoops of undenatured whey protein, greens powder, fiber, almond milk, and ice. on the side ill have some pumpkin seeds and raw cacao

its good stuff but dont go overboard with it
so many antioxidants, fiber
pomegranate juice is great too-great for the heart, arteries, cholestrol, blood pressure
some call it liquid viagra

I make this shake whenever I can, its like a kick in your mouth full of antioxidants and nutrients to get your day started right.

1 cup milk (I usually have 2%)
1 cup green tea (cooled)
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop casein protein
1 carton of blackberries
1 carton of blueberries
A couple handfuls of spinach (you cant even taste it in the shake, so why not throw it in for added nutritional value?)
A couple shots of lemon juice

I slam this shake down along with my Animal Pak and Animal Flex. I dare you to tell me that you wont have a productive day after downing this shake!

My breakfast smoothie has evolved over the years. My personal favourite is:
1 pink of skimmed milk.
1 medium sized banana.
1 scoop of vanilla Milk & Egg powder.
50g whole rolled oats.
1 tablespoon flax oil.
I prepare it before work and give the shaker cup a quick blast before drinking. It's open for tweaking too. Replace the flax oil with peanut/ almond butter for extra calories. Swap the milk out for water if dairy isn't your thing. It still tastes pretty good with water by the way.

I know this isnt soem spectacular recipe but right now I am using: 2 scoops of Pro and Oats and 2 scoops of Ultra Iso Whey (Chocolate)- love the taste of this
