Training is going great but i hit a brick wall when it comes to my diet. How can i keep my gains going and lose inches in bf so i can do some serious damage onstasge? I know they is alot of support on these boards. All i need is to get it right and then "watch out"! Give me the keys for motivation!!!

first you should be posting in diet section since you're wondering about diet.

might give you a few tips on how to lose some bf without loosing tons of muscle mass, let me know if you have any questions...

Generally you are not going to gain tons of muscle and cut bf at the same time. What is your diet looking like now?
