Was wondering if anyone on here has switched from 5/3/1 right into Juggernaut and how the experience was? I've been on 5/3/1 for 24 weeks and I need a bit of a change.

I'm just curious about your 5/3/1 experience...I just started up the boring but big version.
How did you like 5/3/1 and how were you size and strength gains?

Thanks!

What exactly is Juggernaut training?

It's been incredible so far. Second time running it and i'm 24 weeks deep. Gained about 8-10 pounds, and all my lifts (aside from my bench, but thats more me than any program) have gone up considerably. you can check the numbers in my journey in my sig. haven't done the boring but big assistance, but I've heard its killer

Draws alot of influence form 5/3/1, but instead of repeating the same 4 week cycle over and over, there's three waves (Accumulation, Intensification, Realization), each one with lower reps, higher percentages. Seems to be a little more of an athletic approach to power training
