I know T.Dirty has his own iPod running. Hawthorne digs some Lil' Wayne/Jay-Z during his lifts, so we accommodated.

The soundtrack to The Cage definitely added to the atmosphere. Plus, it doesn't hurt that I'm a big metal head.

You guys realize ghost just googled "Heavy Metal Bands" and came up with this list. His iPod is actually filled with the likes of boy bands like N'Sync and Backstreet Boys and other pop hits.

If you are on my facebook I published the playlist from Spotify. I just took the top 5 songs by rating from each artist and added it to the playlist.

Ok, confession time...

At my last contest I posed to a Backstreet Boys tune...

But in mitigation, it was a wordless looped version of the chorus from "Larger Than Life"
