I was inspired by the cage challenge and decided to see what i could crank out! i def had a few more in me but my glutes cramped up pretty bad.. ill get 15 reps next time!

thanks man, going for 405 x 20 on squats tomorrow, wish me luck guys
well i failed..... i tried for 405 x 20... but only got 17 reps.... I tried hard, and i was supposed to wait til tomorrow but i have a 12 hr work day tomorrow.... so i tried today, but i wasnt fully recovered... pretty upset that i failed...

man idk what id do if i wasnt allowed to deadlift! but you gotta keep that waist thin! my waist isnt a problem as of now... hope it never becomes an issue
dude sick...I rock straps a lot cause dont have any chalk...nothing wrong with it this is damn impressive the cage had some awesome effects on me as well been hitting personal bests on a lot of my lifts in the last week. Keep it up brotha

Real strong work on both lifts. Just be careful with squatting & deadlifting this heavy back to back..
