Yo,

I'm looking for help creating a routine.. I got a gym membership at the university gym and I wanna try something new. I'm around 5'6 200lbs and I'm 18. I'm ready to go hardcore and my goal is to get shredded.

Have you ever lifted before? or is it your 1st time bodybuilding (I guess not)?

How's your diet right now and how much BF% (rough idea) you have at the moment?

this is what im doing atm. There's no workout or secret that will shred you up. The weights will form the base and the rest is all diet. Keep your diet clean and high in protein, 5-6 meals and throw some cardio in away from your workouts (preferably). Should do the trick.

Day 1 - Legs (squat,Leg Pres, Standing calf raise....)
Day 2 - Delts and Tris (Oh Press, Lat Raises, Skulls....)
Day 3 - off
Day 4 - Chest and Bis (Bench, DB FLy, BB Curl....)
Day 5 - Back (Chins, Deads, Tbar ect....)
Day 6 - off
and repeat.
