Some of you know my dad is in the hospital. I thank all of yall that have sent him your prayers. He is a former bodybuilder, animal, and retired policemen. Seeing him in the hospital bed, reduced from a whopping 240 down to 160 it's given me a new outlook. Live. Be happy, we are part of family that most people aren't committed enough to join. Set your goals high. It doesn't matter if your little, big, fat, skinny or already a pro just be happy. We're animals. We're brother's. Peace.

thanks brothers, his name is chad, he had a quadripple by-pass about a month ago, and the incessions got infected. the infection has moved to his lungs and chest bones, he's been in and out of deliria

he is my driving force right now in our little 8 week competition. although today was my first day. i lift when they don't allow visitors.

I know how you feel my old man is also sick. He had diabetes already for over 15 years and it is just eating him alive. He cant stand anymore cause he has trouble, and the medication dont help. My old man is the one who motivates me most to bust my ass day in and out to get the job done. My prayers go out to your father. All of our prayers do. Strength and Honor
