Hi All,

Mate of mine sent me this recipe a while ago and while I'm new here I want to kick of with a contribution that we can all use.

I made these last week. Found it best to wrap them individually in some baking paper first then plastic wrap (in Australia we call it Glad Wrap, but i think everyone else says Seram Wrap???)

Found them to taste better than most of the ones you get in the shops and instead of using peanut butter from the store you can make you're own peanut butter and use that.

Let me know what you think.

Note...I ran the ingredients through a food processor, but you can mix by hand too.

125g natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
1 cup rolled oats
175g choc protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120g skim milk powder
1/2 cup water (depending on what type of protein you use, you may need more)

Mix the dry ingredients
add the water mixed with vanilla extract
Makes six

Pro 38g
Fat 13g
Carbs 26g
kCal 375

Almost the same ratios as a P40 bar, but not near the price
