Reading the works of Mike Boyle makes you think...

We do we still flex the spine when research shows it destroys the discs in the back?

Why do we do machine leg curls which cheats the glutes out of use which can lead to hamstring sprains and injuries?

Why are most people's glutes so weak?

Why don't we do more single leg training? if most sports are single leg based, why don't we do more single leg work?

Why do people hold onto benches and do single leg deadlfits with heavy weight and consider themselves hardcore?

Why don't we embrace the bilateral defecit more?

If we can do a single leg deadlift with 315 pounds per leg, why would we bother doing a 630 pound deadlift which could put the back at risk?

Why can't more people do 100 pushups in a row?

If double leg training works so well, why are there so many knee injuries out there?

Why do back squats and load up the spine and suffer back issues when we become geezers?

Because if one can do 20 reps with 100kg dosen't mean he can do 10 reps with a 100kg...
