There is a place in Pompano that was one of the most hardcore places I have ever trained at. Physiques Unlimited - 2310 E. Atlantic Blvd., Pompano Beach, FL. The front door has an Animal poster hanging on it, great place, and i think a daily was $5. Enjoy it!!
