I've been a die-hard Animal/Universal fan for a few years now. Animal Pak,
Pump and Torrent have been my staples for the past few years with M-Stak and
Cuts mixed in every once in a while. This past winter I did a serious bulk
in which I put on a great amount of solid mass (w/ the help of a new routine and M-Stak)
but I did also put on a small amount of unfavorable mass in my
mid-section. Now comes the cutting phase in which I'd like to keep that
quality size but make it more defined and really target my mid-section.

With my recent bulk I've made some great gains across the board and gotten up to just under 200lbs.+-
I've recently hit a plateau and figure it's the perfect time to get on this cut and change up my routine a bit.
I like the current lifts I'm doing and especially since I can also do them all in the home gym I've just built for myself, so I'm thinking of switching the rep range/weight from 3x8 work sets to mixing in 3x12 with the 3x8 over the 4 days back and forth or switch to pyramid sets of 16, 12, 8, 4 reps on everything.

I've been looking at different supplements to add into my stack to help me shred down, keep my mass and help me move forward (...as well as being more strict on the diet and a little cardio when possible). I'll most likely stick with Universal/Animal and add Animal Cuts and M-Stak or others from Animal. With any of this I'd take out the red stim pill from my current Animal Pump.

Any thoughts or insight as to what will help me out the best?

Here is my current stack and routine:

ON Whey and Casein

Small snacks/meals/protein throughout the day
8:00pm - Dinner 1 tablet each of Opti-Men, fish oil, flaxseed and CLA

Cut/M-Stak will definitely help you out.

Are you looking for an all-out cut or more of a recomp?

I can't say that I know what a recomp is exactly
