"With supplements in mind"
Every single person who has ever trained will always question their supplementation. I always question them. Will they make me stronger? Do they actually work? Are all of these pills being chased by a double shot of water edging me towards progress? I think so. I feel so. It's funny when someone see's you in public after quite some time and they always give you that,"Brooo, what's up man, you got a lot bigger since last time I saw you,......what supplements are you taking." The answer is...well, a shit load. "Where can I get this stuff, what is your routine..ect" A supplement is just what it is by definition. A staple!
noun
1.something added to complete a thing, supply a deficiency, or reinforce or extend a whole.
Supp's don't mean shit unless you realize that they are just like a "stimulus and response." That these pills and powders, are bullshit if you don't utilize your training regiment and health properly. That's how I see it. You have to be consistent. Be on a stack routine. Training routine. Dietary routine. And be consistent, consistent, consistent. And when all the parts are working in sync with each other, like a motor, then all is good. All three of these things benefit from one another.
So, yeah, supplements are what they are. They sell, and people take them, because it is just another routine for hardcore athletes to take up in order to complete a "thing." You!
