I have always been interested in the training methods used from the 1890's up the 1950,and some post 50's training methods that where inline with those of the 40's and 50's,
but my biggest passion when it comes to training has always been the 20 rep squat/breathing squat methods.

yes I have heard it all when it comes to these type programs : they are two old fashioned,two hard,don't work,no one that wnats to build an advanced level body works out three days a week they do
split training etc.

My reply is always so John Grimek,Reg Park,Steve Reeves,etc etc these guys where not advanced,that usually shuts them down.

So without futher blah blah blah heres my current 3 day a week workout

Monday wendesday friday

Military Press 3x10
bentover rowing 2x15
benchpress 3x12
curl 2x10
squat 1x20
pullovers 1x20
stiff legged dead lifts 1x15
pullovers 1x20
calf raises 3x20
weighted situps 1x25
