"Live for the journey, not the destination. "
If one day all my dreams came true, I reach the destination of my goals, would that be it?
Of course not! Why? For its not why I do it. I do it because I love this way of life, I lift for so many more reasons than being the best, its part of who I am and I will never stop. Come, follow me on this never ending journey I call my life.

Lately I've been having a feeling of distance. A distance from myself, from my thoughts, where is my mind?
Tomorrow I will do some heavy dead's, maybe that'll fix it. /D

My wife is due to give birth in 5 weeks, but she has been having pretty big contractions every now and then recently. So really, it could be any day now. Can't wait!

Thats a beautiful thing my friend!
Thank you, it truly is.
Can feel the baby kicking from inside, knowing that's my son in there, words can't express the feeling!

On my way to work after chest and bi's, trew some abs in there as well. Overall decent workout, good pace, nice pump. But still felt a little bit worn out going in to it, so not 100%. Will add some extra food today, even it out and load up for legs tomorrow.
Chest:
Incline barbell press 3x10 + 2 warmups
Flat dumbbell press 4x8
Incline dumbbell flyes 3x10
Bi's:
Standing barbell curls 3x10
Seated alternating dumbbell curls 3x8
Standing alternating hammer curls 3x10
Preacher curls 3x10
Abs:
Decline bodyweight situps 3x20
Machine crunches 3x20
All done within an hour.
Stay true /D
