I know most guys will not like my training method but I train twice a day, I do a higher volume workout with lots of cardio and functional strength at lunch that incorporates the same muscles as I do in the evening but different lifts….My volume is very small at night I do about 9 heavy sets for each body part.
Well at lunch I utilize a different partner and you will see why this guys a monster.
Any way I thought you guys would get a kick out of this .…. I weigh about 370 now and about 310 lean… I am a big dude I lift big and train hard but my partner is about 190 lbs and ripped to the max…He keeps pace with me on every lift. Ssome times its burnouts some times we lift heavy we are kind of intinceive about it We do a lot of super setting as well. The crazy thing is This dude runs 3 miles in 18 minutes, does 30 minutes on the stair master on its hardest setting and then lifts weights with me pulling numbers like 350lb pull downs 350lb cable rows. 205 lb curls, 275 shoulder press….. He has gone for 2 hours on the damn Stairmaster on level 20 at night…… Not only is he stong like a ox he is fast ass hell and had endurnace that make most of us look weak. … He can match me on almost every lift after some of the craziest cardio I have ever seen… Some days he runs 2 miles of 1/4 mile sprints at 12.5 miles a hour before we lift. It must be in his genetics or maybe just some of the most insane work ethic I have ever seen.
I for got to mention, He has benched over 500lbs at 225 when whe was in college he is 30 now.... He has a torn peck so does not bench any more but still works out not the less.
