I have a Titan f6. what is the best way to wash it? warm/cold cycle with a little soap and air dry is what I have heard. any suggestions?

DO NOT wash your bench shirt with regular detergent. You will be very pissed with yourself if you do. I use Titan gear too, he best way to clean it is with power wash. Its a detergent specifically made for powerlifting gear. But, please for the love of all that is in this world, do not use regular detergent, i can actually make your shirt weaker and you then get less support out of it.

Use powerwash, which can be bought from most retailers that sell powerlifting gear. Or hand wash with a very mild detergent in cold water. Normal detergent can have a weakening effect on the polyester.

Just Febreeze the hell out of it and let it sit til it is dry. You will smell so good all the hot chics at the meet will come up and sniff ya, well all the ugly ones to :)

Spot wipeing and Febreeze will clean anything...everyone write that down.

Let it stink...maybe it will make your competition ill
