Wassup?! GF here...
My goals are to gain back a better physique like I had in the Marines. I let my motovation go out the window along with my diet. I have recently started back at it with a little motivation from somewhere deep down.
My technique:
Monday = Legs
Tuesday = Back/Neck
Wednesday = Chest/Abs
Thursday = Arms
Friday = Relax with some Cardio.
I work out a variety on Saturday, just ONE workout per section so I dont overdue anything.
I usually only do about an hour per visit (two visits a day, so 2 total hours daily) And I hope to eventually build myself up to at least three hours.
