My main problem right now is that my back is so strong that i need raps on certain exercise such as rows, deadlifts, ect. What is a good way to help regain lost time and help my grip improve faster?

I personally do a lot of weighted chins. I also do BW chins with my fingers gripping the bar and not my whole hand. That has saved me dropping the bar on deads a couple of times now.

I would suggest fat bar work, heavy static holds, and high rep one arm dumbell rows.

In addition to other shit already mentioned here like forearm work etc... one small trick I used to do back in the day was to take a towel that is not so easy to grip and drape it over the pull up bar so you can pull from a neutral grip and doing pull ups that way... That's not the only thing contributing to my grip strength but it sure helps... I have never used straps/gloves or even a mixed grip for pulling, no grip problems so far.

Kroc rows, ditch the straps and use chalk, far gripz are cool as well but grip strength takes time do be patient
