Hi.

My name is Janis and this is my journey to my perfect body.

I am 34 now.

When i was younger i used to be in profesional sports( luge ). I quit when i was 21. After sports school i went to live and study in Riga. Lived there for 6 years and in 2004 mooved to UK. Curently i'm working in casino. i was still playing football 2x a mounth. It stopped after i had surgery on my spine. After 3 years of doing nothing i looked at my self in the mirror and decided i have to change something. My back was still hurting, my weight was going up and up (when i was in sports school i was 73kg and now i was 107kg). So i joined a gym. For first year i went from 107 down to 93 and it stopped there.I was training alone, so i decided i need a training partner. We have trained together for couple months and i went on holidays. When i came back my wight has gone up to a 102kg again( 3 weeks of not training, eating and drinking beer). Now my partner is on hollidays. When he comes back(next week) we will hit gym hard.

I have started my cut cycle last week.

my weight was 99kg when i started and i have lost 2,5kg after first week. I will add pump to my diet from this week.

My diet.

Wake up - Animal cut,
+45min - 20g oats, 20g whey, 150g natural yoghurt,
+30min - Animal pump,
+2-3Hours- PWO,
+1H - scrambled egg with pork sausage,
+2H - Animal cut,
+1H - 130g tuna, 1 paprika, couple toasts,
+3H - 200g boiled chicken breast, green salad, 20g pumpkin seads, olive oil, Animal flex,
+3H - Casein shake,
+2 h bed time
