Just got done with finding out my maxes for the 4 lifts
Current weight: 185ish
Height: 5'11
Body fat%: 12
Bench press: 270
Dead lift: 365
Squat: 320
Standing Military press: 155
I hope to crack these numbers, and get strong a hell. My diet is very good, and I do HIT cardio and slow cardio 2-3 times a week. Lets see where this goes
Are you lifting 3 or 4 days a week? And what accessory work did u decide to go with? I'm on my 4th wave of 5/3/1 and am lovin it.

I'm going to do it right from the book. So here is the run down
Sunday
Military Press – 5/3/1
Dips – 5 sets of 15 reps
Chin-ups – 5 sets of 10 reps
Monday
Deadlift – 5/3/1
Back raises – 5 sets of 12 reps
Hanging Leg Raise – 5 sets of 15 reps
Wednesday
Bench Press - 5/3/1
Dumbbell Bench Press or Incline – 5 sets of 15 reps
Dumbbell Row – 5 sets of 10 reps
Friday Squat - 5/3/1
Leg Press – 5 sets of 15 reps
Leg Curl – 5 sets of 10 reps
Every week, I'll switch up the assistance exercises so I'm not repeating it over and over.
