After 3 months of following a strict diet and workout routine I decided to take a 3 week break from the weights and supplements! 3 Weeks ago I was weighing at about 194lbs and I lost about 8lbs during these weeks. Took this time to reset my body and to let some old injuries heal. I ordered knee wraps since I have bad knees from the Army and decided to fire things up a bit.

I trained legs today and I must say it felt pretty damn good!! This was my leg routine!

Warmup: 10 min cardio

Leg extension: 4 sets 15-20 reps on my last set I only managed 6 reps

Hack squats: 3 sets 10-15 reps

Leg press: 4 sets 10-15 reps I used 12 plates total on my last set

Seated Leg Curl: 4 sets 10-12 reps

Standing leg curls 2 sets till failure

Lying leg curls 3 sets 12 reps

Energy level was pretty good, took me a bit to catch my breath but I'm happy to be back doing what I love doing the most!
