Hello animals!
I'm new on the animal forums and I'm starting my a training log. I use the 5/3/1 method and carb backload pretty often. I'm also on my high school football team and on my school's Olympic Style Weightlifting team during the winter.

Age: 18
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 195 lbs
BF %: ? 15? maybe? I don't know.

Squat: 405 lbs
Bench: 275 lbs
Deadlift: 500 lbs x 5 reps
Press: 190 lbs
Clean: 135 kg
Clean and jerk: 130 kg
Snatch: 105 kg
