Fellas I juss want to pick your brains for a couple of seconds to see if you guys would do anything different from what I'm doing. I am trying to lose about 50lbs and 15% bodyfat in about 6months time and so far this is what my diet looks like.....
8am: 5 scrambled eggs w/ 2slices of wheat bread
8:30am: Animal Pak
10:30am: Protein Shake
12:30pm: 1lb of sliced chicken breast or grilled chicken with some veggies
2:00pm: Protein Shake
5:00pm: 1 can of tuna with some mustard and pepper
7:00pm Pre-workout Animal Pump
9:30pm Post-workout Protein Shake with a glutamine capsule and two scoops of chunky peanut butter.
10:30pm: Zzzzzz!
I would really appreciate some feed back guys. I'm tryin to make this happen and with the help of my brothers here on Animal I know I can do that and more! Thanks Fellaz!

Hey brother lookin pretty good... If you are trying to lose 50 pounds I would cut the PB out, you don't need it.. Also have oats with your eggs intead of the bread..
Shakes are great but whole food is better remember that bro...if you can get in whole food rather than a shake while dieting...i'de advise it. Good luck bro.

Why do you say it's better to get whole foods instead of protein? Whats the advantage that comes with that?

Focus on real food and do not believe all the hype you read. protein powders lack alot of vital nutrients that your body needs. The whole source meal can also speed up your metabolic rate as much as 30% because of the energy necessary to digest, process, and absorb it. As far as shakes go I say after training, so it's quickly digested...other than that, when you are on a diet try to get as much whole food as possible.
