I work and work out at the YMCA here in Lima Ohio. At the end of april, we are having our annual bench press competition. This year i am going to compete at 165lbs. Last year the guy who won at this weight class put up 465 i think it was. As of right now, i can put up 285 after a few other sets. Like 135x12 (warm up) 225x6, 275x3, and then i can do 285 after that. Anyways, im aiming to put up 315. There is nothing better looking that 3 plates on either side. And at my weight, i feel it would be awesome. But right now, im lacking a "bench like an animal" routine. Any body out there with some help i would appreciate it!!!! Thanx in advance guys!
